A CELEBRATION OF THE LEGACY AND MUSIC OF ROD STEWART

Rob Caudill is a popular, world-renowned performer known for his spot-on singing and stage portrayal of rock legend Rod Stewart for over 20 years. In the past, he fronted a previous show called TONIGHT’S THE NIGHT. Caudill expertly captures the distinctive raspy voice, the trademark look (spiky hair, jawline), energetic stage presence and the moves including kicking soccer balls and spinning mic stands.  He does all this  while performing  monster hits such as “Maggie May”, “Forever Young” and “Do Ya Think I’m Sexy” and many others

Along with Caudill, the show includes drummer extraordinaire, background singer, and songwriter Carmine Appice a staple member in the Rod Stewart band from 1976 – 1982. Appice also co-wrote ‘Do Ya Think I’m Sexy?’ and ‘Young Turks and was a contributor to the arrangement of many of Stewart’s hits. World class Sax player, Katja Rieckermann (who played in Rod Stewart’s band for 14 years) contributes the iconic horn parts from his classic tours in this show, as well. Both Carmine and Katja provide a number of great stories from those years with Stewart.

ROD – THE SHOW brings the ultimate Rod Stewart concert experience to life for fans, complete with the look, sound, stories and energy of the legendary rocker.

ROD – THE SHOW is NOT A TRIBUTE…it is a revue of Rod’s musical legacy and includes people who worked closely with ROD (doing co-songwriting, production, performing) for a combined 21 years.  The show is a fusion of music and remembrances about life on the road and in the studio with Rod and includes historical video footage.
