Firefall is the legendary American rock band whose signature blend of soft rock, country rock, and rich vocal harmonies helped define the celebrated “Colorado Sound” of the 1970s. Formed in Boulder, Colorado, in 1974, the band quickly became one of the era’s most successful recording and touring acts, earning six Top 40 hits, including the Top 10 classic “You Are the Woman.”

Emerging alongside influential contemporaries such as Fleetwood Mac, Eagles, and Poco, Firefall established a distinctive sound that blended folk, country, and rock into timeless, radio-friendly classics. Their self-titled debut album achieved Gold status, followed by a string of successful releases, including the Platinum-certified Élan.
