Led by Jerry Martini, a founding member and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, The Family Stone continues to bring the band’s revolutionary music to audiences around the world. Formed in San Francisco in 1966, Sly and the Family Stone broke barriers as America’s first major multi-racial, multi-gender touring band, forever changing the landscape of rock, funk, soul, R&B, and psychedelic music.

Affectionately known as “Papa J,” Jerry Martini helped shape the band’s signature sound from its earliest days. His lifelong friendship and musical partnership with Sly Stone helped create one of the most influential catalogs in modern music.

Carrying that legacy into the future is powerhouse vocalist Phunne Stone, daughter of Cynthia Robinson and Sly Stone.
