Born in Jacksonville, Florida in the early 1970s, Molly Hatchet helped forge the sound of Southern Rock — a fiery blend of blues, country, gospel, and raw rock ’n’ roll energy. Alongside Lynyrd Skynyrd and The Allman Brothers, the band shaped an entire era with hard-hitting guitars, gritty vocals, and an unmistakable Southern swagger.

Their self-titled debut album on Epic Records went multi-platinum in 1978, launching a relentless touring era that saw Molly Hatchet share stages with Aerosmith, Bob Seger, and The Rolling Stones. Follow-ups like Flirtin’ with Disaster, Beatin’ the Odds, and Take No Prisoners cemented the group’s place as one of America’s definitive Southern Rock powerhouses.

Today, the band continues to honor that legacy under the long-term guidance of European promoter and industry veteran Olly Hahn (SPV/Steamhammer GmbH, Germany). The current lineup features John Galvin (keyboards), Tim Lindsey (bass), Garrett Ramsden (drums), Bobby Ingram (guitars), and vocalist Parker Lee — a seasoned frontman carrying the torch with power and authenticity.

Still touring worldwide and drawing crowds across the U.S. and Europe, Molly Hatchet delivers explosive live shows filled with classics like “Flirtin’ with Disaster,” “Whiskey Man,” “Gator Country,” and “Dreams I’ll Never See,” along with new material recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London.
