The arrangements remain as faithful to the original recordings as possible, with the music performed live and without prerecorded musical tracks. Select songs incorporate sound effects when needed to reproduce elements of the original recordings. The band also uses an impressive collection of period-authentic guitars, amplifiers, and backline equipment modeled on the instruments and gear used by The Beatles both onstage and in the studio.

The visual presentation evolves along with the music. Depending on the production, The BEATLEMANIAX-USA can perform up to two hours with as many as three costume changes representing different chapters of Beatles history, from The Cavern Club and Ed Sullivan to Shea Stadium, Magical Mystery Tour, and the later Abbey Road era.
