The Boss Project is a powerful, full-band tribute to Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band, capturing the heartland rock sound, blue-collar storytelling, and “you have to see it live” energy that made The Boss a legend.

Formed in 2013 by Paul Gold (“Bruce Springsteen” – lead vocals) and Cary Stadtlander (“Max Weinberg” – drums), the band was built with one mission: to honor Springsteen’s music with the same intensity, honesty, and stamina that define his iconic live shows. From there, they carefully assembled a lineup of top-tier players to fill the E Street roles, not just musically, but in feel and presence.
